Yogurt Topping

Amount  Measure       Ingredient — Preparation Method

  1                   cup  plain low-fat yogurt — (8 ounces)
     1/2           cup  chopped cucumber
     1/4           cup  chopped green onion
     1/4           cup  chopped seeded tomato
  2                   tablespoons  fresh oregano or cilantro — snipped
  1                   tablespoon  chopped fresh mint or 3/4 teaspoons dried
                        mint — crushed
     1/4           teaspoon  ground cumin
     1/4           teaspoon  black pepper

In bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and chill until serving time. If
desired, topping may be prepared for 6 to 8 hours ahead and chilled until
serving time.
