This looks so yummy but I don’t know what’s happened to me. I cannot swallow oatmeal anymore. I can eat oatmeal cookies or things that are made with oatmeal but oatmeal cereal I cannot swallow. I wonder if I could incorporate the apples and nutmeg into the cookies. I already use cinnamon. Whatcha think?

You could do that very easily. I don’t think there is anything wrong with trying the nutmeg, but it might be a little stronger than the cinnamon. Depends on how much you like the taste. You might even want to add some pecans to that, since I know you get some really good pecans down there.
